By accessing or using WarpGrid ("the Service"), operated by Warpspeed Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

2. Use of the Service

• You must be 18 years or older to use WarpGrid.
• You agree not to misuse or disrupt our infrastructure.
• You are responsible for your data, model behavior, and compliance with applicable laws.

3. Accounts and Access

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to keep your credentials secure.

4. Payment and Billing

WarpGrid offers paid infrastructure and AI services. You agree to pay all usage-based fees as per your selected plan. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices.

5. Intellectual Property

WarpGrid and its features are the property of WarpGrid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of any models or data you upload, but grant us a license to host and process them.

6. Uptime and Support

While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. You agree that the service may experience downtime for maintenance or outages.

7. Prohibited Use

• No abuse of shared infrastructure or GPU resources.
• No use of WarpGrid for illegal, malicious, or discriminatory activities.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, but fees owed will remain due.

9. Limitation of Liability

WarpGrid is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data from using our platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies agreement.
